Layaway:
-Canceled layaway orders and returned items that were purchased on layaway will be refunded with a store credit.
Return Policy:
-Customers have the right to return any purchased coin for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
-Items specifically identified as "sales final" or "no returns" are not covered by our 30-Day return policy. -A full refund, excluding shipping costs, will be issued when the items or coins are received in the exact condition as they were shipped. A 10% restocking fee will be applied.
*Refunds issued due to the negligence of Pangborn Numismatics, including:
- Lost shipments
- Returns due to substantial attribution errors
- Concerns regarding authenticity
Will be fully refunded, including the purchase price and shipping cost.
-All coins are guaranteed to be 100% genuine and authentic.
-All coins are fully covered against damage until delivery.
-All import fees, duties, customs fees, and other charges imposed by the country of delivery will be solely the responsibility of the buyer. As we cannot anticipate these fees, please contact your country’s customs department for any inquiries or concerns related to them. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse expenses associated with orders returned due to customs-related issues, such as the buyer’s refusal to pay applicable customs duties.
Returns process:
-Initiate a Return:Contact our customer service at matthew@pangbornnumismatics.com with your order number (proof of purchase) and the reason for the return.
- Approval: Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee of 10%, except in cases where we sent the wrong item, the item was lost, or damaged in transit. Please see the returns policy.
-Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.
-All coins are shipped in either archival or unplasticized flips.
-All import fees, duties, customs fees, and other charges imposed by the country of delivery will be solely the responsibility of the buyer. -Orders are shipped six days per week, with the exception of when I am absent from my residence. In such instances, I will promptly mail the order upon my return. You will be promptly notified in the event of any shipping delays.
